Zirconiated tungsten electrodes, specifically designed for AC welding on aluminum, typically contain around 99.1% tungsten and 0.15-0.40% zirconium. They feature a white tip and are 150mm long, available in various diameters like 1.6mm, 2.4mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm, and 4.8mm. These electrodes are known for producing a stable arc and resisting spitting, making them ideal for AC welding of aluminum alloys.
